In Trackkarma, attendance rates are calculated based on the configuration of the team to which a member belongs. This allows different attendance settings to be defined for each team in your league, tailored to specific needs.

To modify a team's configuration, select the Edit attendance settings option in the team's menu.

The following window will then appear:

Number of required training sessions refers to the number of practices sessions considered in calculating the recent attendance rate. For example, if you set this to 10, the last 10 sessions before the current date will be included.

Minimal attendance percentage required at 10 training sessions before a game represents the minimum attendance rate required for recent practices. If a member's attendance exceeds this percentage, it will be displayed in green.

Minimal attendance percentage required for the season before a game represents the minimum attendance rate required for the entire season. If a member's attendance exceeds this percentage, it will be displayed in green.

The last two options allow you to configure whether injuries and external trainings should be considered in the attendance rate calculation.
