Access Rights

Access rights allow you to define which information and sections of Trackkarma users can view based on their profile.

Profile types

The different profile types are as follows:

Player: The member belongs to the charter of at least one team.

Bench crew member: The member belongs to the bench crew of at least one team.

Trainer: The member has the Trainer role.

Official: The member has the Official role.

Refer to the Roles and Permissions section for more information about roles and permissions.

Group member: The member belongs to at least one group.

Group manager: The member is responsible for at least one group.

Data categories

The different data categories for which access rights apply are as follows:

Resources

Access levels

Access levels vary by profile type. For Players, Bench crew members, Group members, and Group managers, access rights are defined by team. For Coaches and Officials, the possible levels are as follows:

All data: The user has access to all data in the category.

Only member data: The user has access to all data in the category related to them, i.e., tied to their teams, groups, practice sessions, or games.

No data: The user has no access to any data in the category.

For Trainers and Officials, 2 access levels are possible:

All data: The user has access to all data in the category.

No data: The user has no access to any data in the category.

View and edit access rights

To view and edit access rights, go to the Settings menu, then Access rights.

You must have the League edition permission to access this section.

For each profile type, you can view the current access rights for each category.

To edit the access rights configuration, click the <b>Edit access rights</b> button. The following window will open:
