To add members to your league, click on the Members menu and then on the Add members button. Trackkarma offers several methods for adding members.

The classic method is to send email invitations. To do this, add the email addresses of the members you wish to invite in the following screen and click on the Send invitations button.

Invited users will receive an email containing an invitation link. They can then create an account and join your league.

Another method is to share a unique invitation link.

This unique link is specific to your league and allows any user to join your league by clicking on the link.

However, be careful to only share this link with people you want to invite to your league. By sharing it carelessly, it could allow unwanted people to join your league.

You can also invite members using an Excel file. To do this, click on the Download template button and fill in the required information.

Once the Excel file is filled out, click on the Choose file button and select the file on your computer, then click on the Import button.

A summary screen will allow you to verify the information in the Excel file. This screen will also display errors if your file contains any. To definitively import the members, click on the Import button. The members in the file will then receive an invitation email.

Please note that the only required information to invite a member is their email address. Other information is optional.

This method allows you to share a QR code unique to your league. Users can scan this QR code with their phone to join your league.

However, be careful to only share this QR code with people you want to invite to your league. Like the invitation link, it could allow unwanted people to join your league if shared carelessly.

In Trackkarma, a Junior Member is a member too young to have an email address and therefore does not have direct access to Trackkarma. Their account is managed by another league member, called the parent or guardian of the junior member.
