Groups
Groups allow you to organize members invited to join your league. They can be assigned to meetings. You can also create discussions, resources and tasks for a group.
Managing Groups
To edit groups, go to the Groups menu. Click the Create group button to create a new group.
Some comments regarding the information requested:
Open Group: An open group allows all league members to join the group.
Validation required: When validation is required, membership requests to an open group must be validated by an administrator.
After creating a group, you have several options to configure it.
Edit members: Allows you to edit the list of group members.
Edit group managers: Allows you to edit the list of members considered as group managers.
Managing Open groups
When a group is marked as open, members can join it themselves by clicking the add button on the right side of the group.
If a group does not require validation, a confirmation message will ask the member to confirm their membership in the group.
If a group requires validation, a confirmation message will ask the member to confirm the creation of their membership request.
Membership requests are visible on a group's page. Administrators can accept or reject requests.
